Hungry Ghost Bread is exceedingly please to announce a quantum leap
in its pastry program!
Thanks to a new convection oven, all the sweet & buttery things no longer
have to wait for the bread to be baked first. Cookies, fig bars, buttermilk biscuits,
scones and more will be ready for purchase & noshing hours earlier. From 9am
opening and on through the afternoon, goodies will be marching through the pastry case:
éclairs, tarts, muffins and (mon dieu!) even croissants.
Patisserie and Boulangerie are now neck-in-neck, racing toward the
customers: but everybody wins.
As you can see from this photo (!), the oven is a Vulcan, so live long &
prosper, while you eat more –timely- treats.
