Monday - french, 8-grain, locavore flat bread (made w/ local wheat & beets), rosemary – afternoon cookies
Tuesday - french, 8-grain, spelt, rye, 100% whole local wheat annadama (made w/ corn flour & molasses) – afternoon cookies
Wednesday - french, olive & semolina fougasse, 8-grain, rosemary, savory fold (8-grain or french stuffed w/ sun dried tomato, mushroom, cheddar, onion & thyme)– afternoon cookies
Thursday - french, olive & semolina fougasse, country, double wheat, raisin, local loaf, savory fold (8-grain or french stuffed w/ sun dried tomato, mushroom, cheddar, onion & thyme), polenta w/ tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese
Friday - french, 8-grain, rye, intergal (white flour with bran starter), rosemary, Challah* (after 4), polenta w/ tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese
Saturday - french, 8-grain, spelt, semolina fennel, raisin, double wheat, kamut, locavore flat bread w/ coriander seeds
Sunday – French rounds, 8-grain, local loaf, country, potato & thyme fougasse,
Pastries Thursday-Sunday -cookies, scones, buttermilk cornbread, brownies, savory turnovers, apple mini pies, tea cakes, quiche* (sat. + sun only unless special ordered) + more baker's selection
We also feature granola, Nona's Noodles (our own hand made pasta) and, as featured in The New York Times, CRACKERS – made with local wheat & rye and spelt
